Material TC Mag 88 (MEMAG 88) for control of oxides in the aggregate and the protection of refractory linings
  • TC Mag 88 received honorable mention in the national round of international competition EKO2009.
  • TC Mag material 88 is achieved third the highest cost savings in reducing costs (CCIP) in the company U.S. Steel Kosice in 2010.

Material FEMAG 90, FEMAG 90L and FEMAG 90B
  • FEMAG 90 - Deeply sintered material for increase of steel production productivity reached by lower dolomite lime consumption and smaller coolant efficiency in comparison with dolomite lime. By the total lower amount of fluxes provide higher yield. FEMAG 90 provides ability to use more scrap vs. hot metal. Material FEMAG 90 provides better metallurgical control of slag forming and refining processes in steel production.
  • FEMAG 90L - Material with special inhibitor is suitable to protect ladle refractory line and increase ladle lifetime. It improve ladle slag properties and decrease ferroalloys consumption.
  • FEMAG 90B - Material in briquetted form.
